The main activities of our Property division centre on investment and prime property development. The subsidiaries of our Property division includes:

Incorporated in 2004 to undertake property development and investments, particularly in industrial park & commercial properties locally and overseas. It is now reformed as one of the main core business arm the Group holding the construction and property division.

This subsidiary was incorporated in 2002 as an investment holding company. In 2006, it had undertaken to develop a 14- storey light industrial building D’ Lithium at No. 82, Playfair Road. This development has achieved 100% sales and is expected to complete by mid of 2008.

Incorporated in 2007 to develop 30 units of boutique residential apartment at No. 58 Joo Chiat Lane/Koon Seng Road in district 15. The sales launch of D’ Fresco is expected to be in the 1st quarter of 2008.

Incorporated in 2007 to undertake another new boutique apartment at No. 45 Joo Chiat Lane. The sales launch of Castilia is expected to be in the last quarter of 2008.

Incorporated in 2008 to undertake a new boutique apartment at No. 37 Sommerville Road. The sales launch of D’Almira is expected to be in the last quarter of 2008.

Incorporated in 1998, we acquire properties for resale in short and medium term. HLHR had also successfully completed our first boutique condominium development D’Ecosia in 2003.

Incorporated in 1999, Proveho had successfully completed a Light Industrial Building Development at Lorong 23 Geylang known as D’ Centennial.

The division has made forays into the residential and commercial properties in Singapore.
